CareWorks Technologies in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Mid-Senior level .NET Developer (full time) to add to our internal development team! This is an immediate need.

This position will:
1. Develop and support web applications for internal and external deployment.
2. Develop, implement and test project and maintenance deliverables.
3. Develop test collateral for project and maintenance deliverables.
4. Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions for application defects and enhancement requests.
5. Assist in moving application deliverables through the release process (Development, Test, Pre-Prod, Production)

Required Skills:

* Microsoft .NET framework 2.0/3.5 with C# (5 years)
* SQL Server (3 years)
* HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, XML/XSL, CSS (3 years)
* Familiarity with N-Tier architecture.
* Relational database SQL skills required to review, evaluate, create and modify basic operational queries.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a team environment.
* Must be able to interact with Customers and develop client facing documents
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop an understanding of business problems and how they can be solved in technical problems
* nHibernate or a similar ORM framework
* Web Services
* Silverlight 3.0 / XAML

* LINQ / Lambda Expressions

* WCF or WCF RIA Services
* Ability to understand and work with complex processes for management, deployment, building and testing of system components.

* Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences (PMs, technical specialists, developers, architects, BSAs, graphic designers, etc)
* Ability to schedule and prepare meetings then document key output decisions and follow ups.
