Role: .NET Senior Software Engineer
Responsibilities
· Design and develop custom web applications to support various departmental needs
· Design, code, and use custom web reporting applications to monitor kiosk network
· Design, develop, test, and review changes to Customer Management System (CMS) pertaining to digital networks or websites
· Perform architecture design and front-end and database development work for CMS
· Provide engineer-level support for digital signage networks
· Perform analysis of raw data to spot trends, anomalies, and meaningful insights
· Create ad hoc SQL queries and scripts to assist in data analysis and repeatable processes
· Develop documentation and test plans
· Manage changes within the digital signage networks
· Coordinate tasks and work with vendors to develop and implement changes
· Provide general Oracle database support for IT team
Education
BS in Computer Science, or Equivalent
Required Experience/Skills
5+ years in software engineering
2-4 years of .NET development
VB.NET
ASP.NET
Oracle (SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL)
SQL Server 2000, 2005 (nice to have)
Visual Studio 2005+
.NET XML Web Services
.NET Framework 2.0 or higher
TOAD or equivalent
Windows Forms
Critical thinker and problem solver
