He/she will work closely with business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards.Candidates must have experience with application development in C or C++. 90%-95% of existing code is written in C. If you are not strong with C++ you should have some Object Oriented knowledge. Candidates must have relational DB or other database knowledge, like MS ACCESS. 50% of the job will be programming; 50% is requirements analysis, working with users, etc. You will also have the opportunity to convert existing applications to Visual Studio 2008 and new applications may be written in C# or Java.Experience with oracle forms, Java and .NET is a plus.
